The benefits of walking! It's not just beneficial in physical ways but mental ways as well. Personally, my father and I get together about once per week to walk together around our city. We're usually out walking and talking around streets and parks for at least a couple hours. Because, thankfully, my dad and I are both pretty fit guys, we can do this. There are many ways to start incorporating more walking into your life. Having someone to walk with can make it more fun and relationship-building as well.
