Colonel Dave Kozak, USAF (Ret.), survived 188 missions as a fighter pilot during the Vietnam War. After the war, his military service led him to training the top USAF fighter pilots at the Air Force Fighter Weapons School in Nevada. After military retirement, Dave kept challenging himself throughout his civilian life. He eventually began training and competing in obstacle course races around the country. In 2014, at 67-years old, he discovered ninja warrior. Since then, he has competed in several regional competitions...and has become a genuine inspiration to many in the ninja warrior community.
In this compelling two-part StrongerMind Talks interview, Dave shares vivid stories from his experience as a fighter pilot, "top gun" instructor, and ninja warrior athlete. He also shares what he has learned about overcoming fears and tackling worthy challenges in life.
